Regulations and Entry into Force of the In Rem Registration Law in the Saudi Real Estate Registration Law

لائحة ونفاذ نظام التسجيل العيني — نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار

The regulations are issued in agreement with the Ministry of Justice within ninety days; the Law replaces the 1423 AH Real Estate In Rem Registration Law; and it takes effect ninety days after publication.

Article 38
تلزم المادة الجهة المختصة بإصدار اللائحة التنفيذية للنظام بالاتفاق مع وزارة العدل خلال 90 يوماً من نشر النظام، ليُعمل بها مع نفاذه.
تصدر الجهة المختصة اللائحة –بالاتفاق مع وزارة العدل- خلال (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشر النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها مع نفاذه.
Article 39
تقرر المادة أن هذا النظام يحل محل نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/6) وتاريخ 11/2/1423هـ، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه.
يحل النظام محل نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم ( م / 6 ) وتاريخ 11/ 2 / 1423هـ، ويُلغى كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.
Article 40
تقرر المادة أن العمل بنظام التسجيل العيني للعقار يبدأ بعد 90 يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
يعمل بالنظام بعد (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
