التنازل عن العقد والتعاقد من الباطن — نظام المنافسات والمشتريات الحكومية
A government contract may not be assigned without written approval from the government body and the Ministry; no subcontracting without the government body's approval; and direct payment to the subcontractor.

- Article 70
The Article bars the contractor from assigning the government contract or part of it to another contractor, undertaker or supplier without written approval from the government entity and the Ministry of Finance.
لا يجوز للمتعاقد معه التنازل عن العقد أو جزء منه لمقاول أو متعهد أو مورّد آخر إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة مكتوبة من الجهة الحكومية والوزارة، وتوضح اللائحة شروط وضوابط التنازل عن العقد أو جزء منه.
- Article 71
The Article requires written approval from the government entity for subcontracting, allows direct payment to the subcontractor, and makes the contractor jointly liable with him for performing the contract.
