Recusal and Withdrawal of the Judge in the Saudi Law of Procedure before the Board of Grievances

A request to recuse a judge is made by a reasoned petition and he replies within five days, and the court president or the president of the Administrative Judiciary Council decides it; and a judge offers to withdraw when he feels embarrassment.
