Filing and Registering an Administrative Case in the Saudi Law of Procedure before the Board of Grievances

An administrative case is filed by a statement of claim with its contents and attachments, registered, and any deficiency completed within thirty days or the request is treated as not filed; and the Ministry of Finance, General Auditing Bureau and Ministry of Civil Service are notified of the hearing date.
