Privatization Contract Disputes and Arbitration in the Saudi Privatization Law

The contract is governed by the law and Saudi laws. An arbitration clause and choice of applicable law are permitted with the competent authority's approval. Disputes over real property rights and disputes between the private party and third parties are excluded.
