Grievances Against Tendering and Awarding in the Saudi Privatization Law

The committee for grievances against the tendering and awarding of privatization projects. A grievance is submitted within ten working days with a bank guarantee of between SAR 1,000,000 and SAR 5,000,000. Covers the effect of accepting or rejecting a grievance, forfeiture of the guarantee, and appeal to the competent court.

This article creates a committee for grievances about the tendering and award of privatization projects; a grievance must be filed within 10 working days with a bank guarantee of between one and five million riyals.
