The chamber's bodies (general assembly, board of directors, general secretariat); the general assembly consists of all subscribers and elects two thirds of the board and approves the annual report, budget, final accounts and internal regulations; it meets annually within ninety days of year-end or at the request of 5% of subscribers; and meets and votes electronically.
