Exemption from Forgery Penalty in the Saudi Penal Law on Forgery Crimes
الإعفاء من عقوبة التزوير — النظام الجزائي لجرائم التزوير
An offender who promptly reports his offense before it is discovered and the forged item used is exempt, and may be exempted after discovery if he identifies the other offenders and helps arrest them (Article 25).
