Establishment Liability for Forgery in the Saudi Penal Law on Forgery Crimes

A private establishment whose manager or one of its staff commits forgery for its benefit and with its knowledge is fined up to ten million riyals and barred from contracting with public bodies for two to five years (Article 23).
