The technical allowance under the technical allowance table and the classification of technical personnel; combining it with other allowances; the remote area allowance; paying allowances during leave and secondment; and the transitional provisions on allowance differences and seniority.

- Article 16Amended (1397 AH)
The article provides that enlisted personnel are entitled to technical allowances under the technical allowances table attached to the Law, and permits combining only two technical allowances for one who performs both jobs.
يستحق الافراد علاوات فنية بموجب جدول العلاوات الفنية المرفق بهذا النظام، ويجوز الجمع بين علاوتين فنيتين فقط إذا قام بعملهما معا وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية شروط منح هذه العلاوات وتصنيفها وفق التخصصات.
- Article 18
The article provides for paying an allowance to an enlisted person who works in remote areas, and refers its details to the Implementing Regulations.
تصرف للفرد الذي يعمل في المناطق النائية علاوة وفقاً لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية.
- Article 19
The article provides that the allowances in Articles 16 and 17 are paid during leave and secondment, and to those attached, sent on study missions or delegated if they perform their specialization, and lapse if the enlisted person does not perform the work for which they were designated.
يصرف للفرد العلاوات المنصوص عليها في المادتين (17،16) اثناء الاجازة والانتداب كما تصرف للملحق والمبتعث والمندوب إذا زاول نفس اختصاصه وتسقط في حالة عدم مزاولته العمل الذي خصصت العلاوة من أجله.
- Article 62
The article provides that technical and specialist non-commissioned officers and soldiers who receive technical or specialist allowances are classified in the categories of the technical allowances table that suit their specializations and levels, in accordance with the Implementing Regulations.
يصنف جميع ضباط الصف والجنود الفنيون والاختصاصيون الذين يتقاضون علاوات فنية او اختصاصية في الفئات التي تتناسب مع اختصاصاتهم ومستوياتهم في جدول العلاوات الفنية وفق اللائحة التنفيذية.
- Article 63
The article provides that members who, when the Law was issued, received technical or specialist allowances not provided for in it or higher than its allowances have the difference made up, until it disappears through promotion or periodic allowance.
الافراد الذين يتقاضون عند صدور هذا النظام علاوات فنية واختصاصية غير منصوص عليها او يزيد مقدارها عن العلاوات الواردة في هذا النظام يكمل لهم الفرق بين دخلهم السابق لهذا النظام ودخلهم الحالي حتى يتلاشى بهذا الفرق بالترقية او التدرج بالعلاوة الدورية وغير ذلك.
- Article 65
The transitional article counts the period beyond four years spent by those holding the rank of wakil on 1/11/1394 AH as seniority in the rank of sergeant first class, with no financial benefits.
الافراد الذين كانوا برتبة وكيل في 1394/11/1هـ ثم صنفوا برتبة رقيب ورقوا بعد ذلك الى رتبة رقيب أول تحسب لهم المدة الزائدة عن أربع سنوات التي قضوها في رتبة وكيل كأقدمية في رتبة رقيب أول على الا يترتب على ذلك أي مزايا ماليه.
- Article 45
The article provides for setting educational levels for admission under the training policy put in place by the training departments and ratified by the Minister, and granting graduates technical increments by their classification under the attached table.
تحدد المستويات الثقافية للقبول طبقا لسياسة التدريب التي تضعها إدارات التدريب والمصدق عليها من الوزير ويمنح المتخرجين بعدد تصنيفهم العلاوات الفنية وفق ما هو منصوص عليه بجدول العلاوات الفنية المرفق في النظام.
