- Article 43
The article allows sending members whose work interests require it on scholarship for study or training inside and outside the Kingdom under training policies, and refers the scholarship provisions to the Implementing Regulations.
أ- يجوز ابتعاث الافراد الذين تقتضي مصلحة العمل ابتعاثهم للدراسة او التدريب بداخل المملكة وخارجها وفقا لسياسات التدريب. ب- تحديد اللائحة التنفيذية احكام الابتعاث للداخل والخارج والقواعد المنظمة لمعاملة الطلبه.
- Article 44
The article requires every member trained or sent on scholarship at his body's expense inside or outside the Kingdom to serve the specialization period the Implementing Regulations set.
خدمة التخصص: يجب على كل فرد يجري تدريبه وابتعاثه على نفقة الجهة التابع لها سواء في الداخل والخارج ان يخدم مدة التخصص التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية.

The article provides for setting educational levels for admission under the training policy put in place by the training departments and ratified by the Minister, and granting graduates technical increments by their classification under the attached table.
تحدد المستويات الثقافية للقبول طبقا لسياسة التدريب التي تضعها إدارات التدريب والمصدق عليها من الوزير ويمنح المتخرجين بعدد تصنيفهم العلاوات الفنية وفق ما هو منصوص عليه بجدول العلاوات الفنية المرفق في النظام.
