Article 16 explained in plain English
This article regulates the technical allowance, an allowance tied to the nature of the technical work the enlisted person performs. Its provisions are:
- Enlisted personnel are entitled to technical allowances under the technical allowances table attached to the Law, so their amount is found from the table.
- Only two technical allowances may be combined, provided that the enlisted person performs both jobs together. More than two allowances may not be combined, and two may not be combined if he does not perform both jobs.
- The Implementing Regulations set the conditions for granting these allowances and their classification by specialization.
