The Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes: its jurisdiction, composition and powers to investigate, penalize and award compensation; the complaint must first be filed with the Authority and ninety days must pass; appeal to the appeal committee within thirty days; enforcement and proof; and claims are not heard if the complaint is filed after one year.
