لجنة الإفلاس وسجل الإفلاس — اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام الإفلاس
The Bankruptcy Committee's powers to issue rules for the register and license trustees and experts; inspection, verification and seizure by its general secretariat's staff, who are subject to the Labor Law and the social insurance law; required information and documents; electronic filing in the register, making it public and updating it; and viewing the penalty register once a judgment is final.

يخضع موظفو الأمانة العامة للجنة الإفلاس لأحكام نظامي العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
- Article 88
The Bankruptcy Committee, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, specifies the information and documents provided for in the Law and the Regulations; they are published in the Official Gazette and take effect from publication.
تحدد لجنة الإفلاس -بالتنسيق مع وزارة العدل- المعلومات والوثائق المنصوص عليها في النظام واللائحة، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل بها من تاريخ نشرها.
- Article 89
Makes filing in the bankruptcy register electronic on the specified form and open to the public on the Bankruptcy Committee's website, and requires every filer to update what he filed when it changes.
1 - يكون إيداع الوثائق والمعلومات في سجل الإفلاس إلكترونيًّا وفق النموذج المحدد لذلك، ويتاح للعموم الاطلاع عليه على الموقع الإلكتروني للجنة الإفلاس. 2 - على كل من أودع وثيقة أو معلومة في سجل الإفلاس تحديثها متى طرأ تغيير عليها.
- Article 90
The register provided for in Article 204 of the Law is made available on the Bankruptcy Committee's website after the penalty judgment becomes final, limited to the name, type of penalty and its duration.

This article requires the debtor to file the court's decision approving or extending a stay of claims with the Bankruptcy Register as soon as it is issued.
على المدين أن يودع لدى سجل الإفلاس قرار المحكمة بالموافقة على طلب تعليق المطالبات أو تمديده فور صدوره.
- Article 60
This article requires the small debtor to file the decision approving a stay of claims or extending it with the Bankruptcy Register as soon as it is issued, and to announce it within 5 days.
1 - على المدين الصغير فور إصدار المحكمة قراراً بالموافقة على طلب تعليق المطالبات أو تمديده, إيداع القرار لدى سجل الإفلاس. 2 - يعلن المدين الصغير قرار المحكمة بالموافقة على طلب تعليق المطالبات أو تمديده خلال (خمسة) أيام من تاريخ صدوره.
- Article 63
This article requires the trustee to file the judgment opening financial reorganization for small debtors, or the decision accepting the judicial filing, with the Bankruptcy Register within 5 days of the opening.
يودع الأمين لدى سجل الإفلاس حكم المحكمة بافتتاح إجراء إعادة التنظيم المالي لصغار المدينين أو قرارها بقبول الإيداع القضائي، وذلك خلال (خمسة) أيام من تاريخ افتتاح الإجراء.
- Article 72
This article requires the Bankruptcy Committee to file the decision ending administrative liquidation with the court and to file proof of the ending in the Bankruptcy Register and the Commercial Register within 5 days, and limits removing the debtor's name to a natural person.
1- تودع لجنة الإفلاس لدى المحكمة قرار إنهاء إجراء التصفية الإدارية مرافقاً له المعلومات والوثائق المحددة لذلك، وتودع لدى سجل الإفلاس والسجل التجاري ما يفيد بإنهاء الإجراء خلال (خمسة) أيام من تاريخ إنهائه. 2 - يقصر حكم إزالة اسم المدين من سجل الإفلاس المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (5) من المادة (التاسعة والسبعين بعد المائة)…
