Imprisoning National Security Cases and Foreigners in the Saudi Prisons and Detention Law

The Minister of Interior may carry out foreigners' imprisonment and detention in special places or sections. The head of state security does so through a special department for crimes affecting national security, and may issue a statement on a prisoner's or detainee's name and details if the matter is raised in a way that draws public attention or is untrue (Article 4).
