Penalty for Smuggling Prisoners and Contraband in the Saudi Prisons and Detention Law
عقوبة تهريب السجناء وإدخال الممنوعات — نظام السجن والتوقيف
Imprisonment of up to five years for bringing or trying to bring weapons, devices that disrupt security, drugs or prohibited items into prisons or detention houses, or for smuggling or trying to smuggle a prisoner or detainee, increased to ten years if the offender works in the prison or is assigned to guard it (Article 29).
