Disciplinary Penalties under the Prison Law in the Saudi Prisons and Detention Law

Penalties on a prisoner or detainee who breaches order: solitary confinement of up to fifteen days; loss of visit and correspondence privileges, doubled on repeat, referral to the administrative governor and denial of conditional release; recording penalties in a special register; and restraining an agitated or violent prisoner for up to seventy-two hours (Article 20).
