- Article 2
The article requires the notary and the licensee to apply the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the laws when carrying out any notarization work.
يطبق كاتب العدل والمرخص له أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية والأنظمة عند إجراء أي من أعمال التوثيق.
- Article 57
The article provides that the Notarization Law comes into force 180 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and repeals any provisions that conflict with it.
يعمل بالنظام بعد مائة وثمانين يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.
