The lessor may reserve the right to terminate and recover the asset if the lessee fails to pay due installments; the cases in which the contract is automatically terminated; and the standards for what each party is owed on termination during the lease term, taking insurance compensation into account.

- Article 21
The article allows the lessor to stipulate a right to terminate the contract and recover the asset if the lessee fails to pay installments due, as the Regulations determine and in a way that achieves fairness.
للمؤجر اشتراط حق فسخ العقد واسترداد الأصل المؤجر إذا تخلف المستأجر عن سداد دفعات مستحقة وفقًا لما تحدده اللائحة، بما يحقق العدالة بين طرفي العقد.
- Article 22
The contract is terminated on total loss of the asset or a ban by the authorities on all use; on partial loss the lessee may terminate or adjust the rent, and the Regulations set what each party is owed.
