Finance Lease Rent in the Saudi Finance Lease Law

The lessee must pay rent installments when due even if he does not use the asset, unless that is due to the lessor; the contract may provide that future installments fall due on late payment, not exceeding the number of late installments; and part of the rent may be paid in advance and is refunded if delivery or use is impossible.
