Recovering the Leased Asset and Disputes in the Saudi Finance Lease Law
استرداد الأصل المؤجر والمنازعات — نظام الإيجار التمويلي
The competent court hears finance lease disputes and violations; the lessor may ask for a judgment to hand over fixed assets, to be decided within thirty days; and movable assets are recovered through specialized companies licensed by the Ministry of Justice under the Enforcement Law.

- Article 24
The article makes the competent court the body that decides disputes under the Finance Lease Law and its Regulations, examines their violations and imposes the penalties provided.
تتولى المحكمة المختصة الفصل في المنازعات الناشئة من تطبيق أحكام هذا النظام ولائحته، والنظر في مخالفات أحكامهما وإيقاع العقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام.

The lessor may ask the court for a judgment to deliver fixed assets, decided within 30 days, and may recover movable assets if the contract includes that right, under supervision by licensed companies.

- Article 21
The article allows the lessor to stipulate a right to terminate the contract and recover the asset if the lessee fails to pay installments due, as the Regulations determine and in a way that achieves fairness.
للمؤجر اشتراط حق فسخ العقد واسترداد الأصل المؤجر إذا تخلف المستأجر عن سداد دفعات مستحقة وفقًا لما تحدده اللائحة، بما يحقق العدالة بين طرفي العقد.
