Entering Court Judgments in the Commercial Register in the Saudi Commercial Register Law

The competent court notifies the registrar within thirty days of final judgments such as opening bankruptcy proceedings, dissolving and liquidating companies, rehabilitation, interdiction, a minor's permission to trade, judicial receivership and heirs' listing, and their effect is entered in the register.
