Penalty for Commercial Concealment in the Saudi Anti-Concealment Law

Concealment offenses carry up to five years' imprisonment and a fine of up to five million riyals, or either, with criteria for setting it; the penalty is doubled on repeat within three years, reduced for those who provide evidence, and waived for someone who reports before the offense is discovered, without exemption from zakat and taxes.
