Collecting the installment and deducting it from income at the set percentages; setting total installments by location and area; collecting overdue installments when six monthly installments or the annual installment are unpaid, as a debt owed to the State; heirs completing the benefit on the beneficiary's death; early payment programs and early transfer of ownership.

- Article 14
The article provides that the housing support installment is collected by the mechanism the Implementing Regulations set, without contravening the laws and instructions in force, especially the set deduction percentages.
1- يستوفى القسط المالي للدعم السكني وفقًا للآلية التي تحددها اللائحة، وبما لا يخالف الأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها، وبخاصة ما يتصل بالنسب المحددة للاستقطاع.
- Article 15
The article provides that the total of the housing support financial installments is determined on the basis of location and area, and the Implementing Regulations set the related provisions.
يحدد إجمالي الأقساط المالية للدعم السكني بناءً على الموقع والمساحة، وتحدد اللائحة الأحكام الخاصة بذلك.
- Article 16
The article provides that if the beneficiary does not pay six monthly installments, consecutive or not, or the annual installment within six months of its falling due, the Ministry collects the arrears as a debt due to the State.
إذا لم يسدد المستفيد ستة أقساط شهرية متتالية أو متفرقة، أو لم يسدد القسط السنوي خلال مدة ستة أشهر من تاريخ استحقاقه، تتخذ الوزارة الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة لتحصيل الأقساط المتأخرة باعتبارها ديناً مستحقاً للدولة بما لا يخالف الأحكام الواردة في نظام إيرادات الدولة.
- Article 17
The article allows the heirs of a beneficiary who dies before the financial installments are paid to continue benefiting from the housing support, provided they bear all his obligations.
إذا توفي المستفيد قبل استيفاء الأقساط المالية، جاز لورثته استكمال الاستفادة من الدعم السكني، على أن يتحملوا التزاماته كلها.
- Article 19
The article allows the Ministry, as an exception to Article 18, to create programs to provide housing support with other sectors and programs to speed up installment payment and transfer ownership early.
استثناءً من حكم المادة (الثامنة عشرة) من هذا التنظيم، للوزارة إحداث ما يلي: 1 - برامج توفير الدعم السكني بالتنسيق مع جهات القطاع العام أو الخاص أو الأهلي، وما قد يتطلبه ذلك من تحويل ملكية الأراضي السكنية إلى هذه الجهات، لبناء مساكن عليها تخصص لمستحقي الدعم السكني. 2 - برامج تعجيل سداد الأقساط المالية بالتنسيق مع…
