Ownership of and Dealing in Supported Housing in the Saudi Housing Support Regulation

Ownership of the unit or land does not pass until the installments are paid and building is done; use is limited to private residence, with leasing excepted; disposal is prohibited before five years from signing the contract and payment of installments; a violating disposal is void, with recovery of the support and the loan becoming due; real and personal guarantees; recovering the land and unit.
