شروط وإجراءات طلب الدعم السكني — تنظيم الدعم السكني
Applicant conditions such as Saudi nationality, age and no previous benefit from a housing support program; the conditions must continue until the contract is signed; how to apply and the documents; suspending the application when circumstances change; a new application with the deceased's priority; the applicant must notify changes within 15 days and provide documents within ten days.

- Article 7
The article requires the applicant to submit the application in the way the Ministry sets and give it all the information and documents it requests, and allows it to coordinate with bodies to verify and update them.

- Article 8
The article suspends housing support application procedures if the applicant's or family's circumstances change so that the requirements of Article 4, 5 or 6 are no longer met, and allows reactivation once the cause ends.
توقف إجراءات طلب الدعم السكني إذا تغير حال المتقدم أو الأسرة (أو أحد أفرادها) بعد تاريخ تقديم الطلب، بحيث لم تعد تتوافر في الطلب متطلبات أي من المواد (الرابعة) أو (الخامسة) أو (السادسة) من هذا التنظيم. ويجوز تفعيل الطلب بعد انتفاء سبب الإيقاف، ولا يُعتد بمدة الإيقاف في احتساب الأولوية وفقاً لمعيار أسبقية تقديم الطلب.
- Article 9
The article allows a family member who meets the conditions to submit a new application taking the precedence of the applicant's application, if the applicant dies before housing support is allocated.
إذا توفي المتقدم قبل تخصيص دعم سكني، جاز لمن تنطبق عليه الشروط المبينة في هذا التنظيم من أفراد أسرته أن يتقدم بطلب جديد يأخذ أسبقية طلب المتوفى.
- Article 10
The article requires the applicant at all times to notify the Ministry of any change within 15 days, and to provide the information and documents it requests within 10 days unless it sets a longer period.

- Article 5
The article specifies who may apply for housing support for the family: the husband or father, the wife, a divorced or widowed mother, and siblings jointly.
يقدم الزوج أو الأب طلب الحصول على دعم سكني للأسرة. وتقدمه الزوجه، أو الأم إذا كانت مطلقة ومضى على طلاقها مدة تحددها اللائحة، أو الأم متى كان زوجها متوفى. ويقدم الطلب الإخوة - المشار إليهم في الفقرتين (5) و(6) من المادة (الرابعة) من هذا التنظيم - مجتمعين. وتحدد اللائحة المدد والضوابط والإجراءات اللازمة لذلك.
