The article ranks applicants who meet the conditions by priority under criteria the Implementing Regulations set, including financial condition, age, family size, social and health condition, and order of application.

- Article 12
The article provides that the Ministry determines the type of housing support allocated to the applicant based on his financial condition, the suitability of the support to his situation, and his place of residence, and the Implementing Regulations set the rules for each type.
تُحدد الوزارة نوع الدعم السكني الذي يُخصص للمتقدم بناءً على المعايير الآتية: ب - الحالة المالية للمتقدم وأفراد أسرته. ج - ملاءمته لوضع المتقدم وأفراد أسرته. هـ - مكان إقامة المتقدم وأفراد أسرته. وتحدد اللائحة الأحكام الخاصة بكل نوع من أنواع الدعم السكني بما في ذلك إجراءات التخصيص وشروطه.
- Article 13
The article requires a housing support contract to be concluded with the beneficiary on forms the Ministry prepares, setting out the terms, conditions, rights and obligations governing the support.
يُبرَم مع المستفيد عقد دعم سكني - وفقاً لنماذج تعدها الوزارة - يبين الأحكام والشروط والحقوق والالتزامات التي تحكم تقديمه وفقاً لأحكام هذا التنظيم واللائحة والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
- Article 8
The article suspends housing support application procedures if the applicant's or family's circumstances change so that the requirements of Article 4, 5 or 6 are no longer met, and allows reactivation once the cause ends.
توقف إجراءات طلب الدعم السكني إذا تغير حال المتقدم أو الأسرة (أو أحد أفرادها) بعد تاريخ تقديم الطلب، بحيث لم تعد تتوافر في الطلب متطلبات أي من المواد (الرابعة) أو (الخامسة) أو (السادسة) من هذا التنظيم. ويجوز تفعيل الطلب بعد انتفاء سبب الإيقاف، ولا يُعتد بمدة الإيقاف في احتساب الأولوية وفقاً لمعيار أسبقية تقديم الطلب.
