Misleading Information in Housing Support and Grievances in the Saudi Housing Support Regulation

Information and documents must be correct and no material information concealed; the penalty for misleading information or deception is cancellation of the application, recovery of the support, the loan becoming due and referral to the competent bodies; a grievance within 60 days before the Ministry's committee and then the Board of Grievances; issuing the regulations and entry into force.

- Article 21
The article requires the applicant and beneficiary to ensure the accuracy, precision and completeness of all information and documents submitted and not to conceal any information that must be disclosed.
يجب على المتقدم والمستفيد - بحسب الأحوال - ضمان صحة ودقة واكتمال جميع المعلومات والبيانات والمستندات المقدمة بموجب أحكام هذا التنظيم واللائحة ـ سواء في طلب الدعم السكني أم غير ذلك - والالتزام بعدم إخفاء أي معلومة يجب الإفصاح عنها بموجب أحكام هذا التنظيم واللائحة.
- Article 22
The article provides that submitting misleading, incorrect or incomplete material information, concealing it, or using deception results in cancelling the application, recovering the support or the whole loan falling due, with referral to the competent bodies permitted.
1 - يترتب على تقديم معلومات أو مستندات أو بيانات جوهرية مضللة أو غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة ـ سواء في طلب الدعم السكني أم غير ذلك ـ أو إخفاء أي معلومة جوهرية يجب الإفصاح عنها بموجب أحكام هذا التنظيم واللائحة، أو التحايل بأي طريقة للحصول على الدعم السكني؛ اتخاذ أي مما يأتي: أ - إلغاء طلب الدعم السكني الخاص بالمتقدم. ب -…
- Article 23
The article allows anyone subject to a decision or measure the Ministry takes under the Regulation to file a grievance within 60 days of notification before a committee in the Ministry, and then file a grievance against the committee's decisions before the Board of Grievances.
يجوز لمن صدر في شأنه قرار أو أي إجراء تتخذه الوزارة بموجب هذا التنظيم أو اللائحة التظلم منه - خلال ستين يومًا من تاريخ إبلاغه - أمام لجنة تشكل في الوزارة لهذا الغرض، وتحدد اللائحة الأحكام المتعلقة بتشكيلها وإجراءات عملها. ويجوز التظلم من قرارات اللجنة أمام ديوان المظالم وفقاً لنظامه.
- Article 24
The article requires the Minister to issue the Implementing Regulations within sixty days of the Regulation's publication, publish them in the Official Gazette, and apply them from the date the Regulation takes effect.
يصدر الوزير اللائحة خلال ستين يوماً من تاريخ نشر هذا التنظيم، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ نفاذ هذا التنظيم.
- Article 25
The article provides that the Housing Support Regulation takes effect sixty days after the date of its publication.
يعمل بهذا التنظيم بعد مضي ستين يوماً من تاريخ نشره.
