The Authority filters the internet, restricting certain content, blocking connection to specified services or limiting access at gateways; the ban on circumventing filtering, facilitating circumvention or providing the means; technical support for executing final judgments against digital platform providers; and the penalty for blocking a digital content platform in whole or part.

- Article 24
The article empowers the Authority, in coordination with the competent bodies, to filter the internet and block certain content or services at transit gateways, and prohibits bypassing filtering, facilitating its circumvention or providing the means.
1- تقوم الهيئة -بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة- بترشيح الإنترنت والحد من محتوى معين على الإنترنت، أو منع الاتصال بخدمات إنترنت محددة أو تقييد الوصول إليها، على بوابات العبور. 2- يحظر تجاوز ترشيح الإنترنت أو تسهيل التحايل عليه أو توفير الوسائل المساعدة على ذلك. وتضع الهيئة الضوابط والاشتراطات المنظمة لذلك.
- Article 30
The article tasks the Authority, within its jurisdiction, with providing technical support and assistance in enforcing final judgments of the competent court against digital platform service providers.
تتولى الهيئة وفقًا لاختصاصها تقديم الدعم والمساندة الفنية لتنفيذ الأحكام النهائية الصادرة عن المحكمة المختصة ضد مقدمي خدمة المنصات الرقمية.
- Article 27
The article sets the penalties for violations: a fine of up to SAR 25 million, suspension of service, deprivation of a license and blocking of a platform, with surrender of proceeds and the possibility of publishing the decision.
1- دون إخلال بما ورد في النظام، أو بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها نظام آخر، يعاقب من ارتكب أيًّا من المخالفات المنصوص عليها في المادة (السادسة والعشرين) من النظام، أو شرع في ارتكابها أو ساعد فيها، بعقوبة أو أكثر مما يأتي: أ- غرامة لا تزيد على (خمسة وعشرين) مليون ريال. ب- إيقاف الخدمة محل المخالفة كليًا أو جزئيًا. ج- حرمانه…
