Domain Names and Numbering in the Saudi Communications and Information Technology Law

The Authority regulates Saudi domain names and technical identifiers, their registration and operation, sets registration fees and decides disputes; the national numbering plan and conditions and fees for allocating numbering resources; these tasks may be delegated to a government or private body; and number portability (Article 39).
