- Article 40
The article provides that the Implementing Regulations are issued by the Minister on the proposal of the Authority's board within 180 days of the law's publication, and take effect from the date the law takes effect.
تصدر اللائحة بقرار من الوزير بناء على اقتراح من مجلس إدارة الهيئة خلال (180) يومًا من تاريخ نشر النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ العمل بالنظام.
- Article 41
The article provides that this law replaces the Telecommunications Law issued in 1422 AH and repeals whatever conflicts with it, and that it takes effect 180 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
1- يحل هذا النظام محل نظام الاتصالات الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م / 12) وتاريخ 12 / 3 / 1422هـ، ويلغي ما يتعارض معه من أحكام. 2- يعمل بالنظام بعد مضي (180) يومًا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
