Authority inspectors' powers to investigate and record violations, inspect licensees' sites, view and copy documents and systems and seek security bodies' help; the Authority conducts investigation and prosecution, may suspend a service as a precaution and hold seized items; establishments must allow inspectors; and providers and distributors must supply requested data.

The article regulates the powers of the Authority's inspectors to investigate and record violations, inspect sites and view documents, and the Authority's role in investigation, prosecution, precautionary suspension and seizure of items.

- Article 37
The article obliges a service provider and its contracted distributors, subcontractors and related persons to provide the data, information and documents requested by the Ministry or the Authority.
على مقدم الخدمة ومن يتعاقد معه من الموزعين أو مقدمي الخدمات من الباطن والأشخاص ذوي العلاقة، ممن يتيح لهم النظام تقديم خدمات الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، تقديمُ البيانات والمعلومات والوثائق التي تطلبها الوزارة أو الهيئة وفقاً لاختصاص كل منهما؛ تنفيذاً لأحكام النظام واللائحة.
- Article 13
If the civil and commercial spectrum is used in violation of the Law, the regulations or license terms, the Authority may stop the operation of the devices used or withdraw them from service, calling on security bodies when needed.
في حال استخدام الطيف الترددي المخصص للأغراض المدنية والتجارية بما يخالِف النظام أو اللائحة أو أحكام وشروط الترخيص، فللهيئة إيقاف تشغيل الأجهزة المستخدمة في المخالفة أو سحبها من الخدمة، ولها الاستعانة بالجهات الأمنية المختصة عند الحاجة.
