  تجيز المادة رهن أكثر من مال منقول لضمان الدين نفسه، وتعطي المرتهن حق تحديد ترتيب التنفيذ عليها ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك.

  يجوز رهن أكثر من مال منقول لضمان الدين نفسه، ويحق للمرتهن في هذه الحال تحديد ترتيب التنفيذ على هذه الأموال، ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك.
