Loss of ID or Family Record in the Saudi Civil Status Law

Reporting loss or damage of the national ID or family record within fifteen days; fines for repeated loss (100, 300 and 1,000 riyals) and a fine for late reporting; and exemption from them in cases of fire, accident, theft or disaster.
