Bribery in the Private Sector in the Saudi Anti-Bribery Law
الرشوة في القطاع الخاص — نظام مكافحة الرشوة
Promising, offering or giving a gift to someone working in associations, cooperatives, companies, private institutions or professional bodies, and a worker there requesting or accepting a gift to do or refrain from an act in breach of his duties. The penalty is imprisonment up to five years, or a fine up to five hundred thousand riyals, or both (Articles 9 bis 1 and 2, added by amendment).
