- Article 6
The article requires an owner of a divided unit to give the buyer a disclosure statement on its specifications, rights, obligations and the shared property, and gives the buyer the right to cancel within 30 days if disclosure is deficient.
1- على المالك أن يفصح - في بيان - لمن يرغب في شراء وحدته العقارية المفرزة عن جميع المعلومات الخاصة بمواصفاتها وملاحقها، وجميع حقوقه والتزاماته المرتبطة بها، وأن يضمِّن البيان وصفاً كافياً للعقار المشترك، ومحتوياته وإدارته وتنظيم ملكيته، ويجب إشعار الراغب في الشراء بأي تغيير قد يطرأ على تلك المعلومات قبل إبرام عقد…
- Article 8
The article provides that disposing of each divided unit is independent of the others, and that the owner may use his unit in a way that does not conflict with its designated use.
1- يكون التصرف في جميع الوحدات العقارية المفرزة أو بعضها باعتبار كل وحدة منها مستقلة عن الأخرى. 2- لكل مالك الحق في أن ينتفع بوحدته العقارية المفرزة، بما لا يتعارض مع الاستعمال المخصص لها.
- Article 11
The article provides that ownership of units is transferred before the authorities competent for documenting contracts and declarations and issuing deeds, under the approved legal procedures.
تتم إجراءات نقل الملكية أمام الجهات المختصة بتوثيق العقود والإقرارات وإصدار الصكوك المتعلقة بها، وفقاً للإجراءات النظامية المعتمدة.

The article provides that owning a divided unit in a shared property that has an owners' association is acceptance of its articles of association and a commitment to the general assembly's decisions, without prejudice to Article 6.
دون إخلال بحكم المادة (السادسة) من النظام، يعد امتلاك وحدة عقارية مفرزة في عقار مشترك - مؤسس له جمعية ملاك - قبولاً من المالك بالنظام الأساسي، والتزاماً منه بالقرارات التي تصدرها الجمعية العامة.
