- Article 19
The article gives the Authority the power to impose a fine not exceeding SAR 500 on passengers and third parties who violate the Regulation, according to the table of violations and fines approved by the Board.
يكون للهيئة صلاحية فرض غرامة لا تتجاوز (500) خمسمائة ريال على الركاب والغير من المخالفين لأحكام اللائحة وما تحدده الهيئة من أفعال مخالفة وفق جدول تصنيف المخالفات والغرامات الذي يقره المجلس.

The article provides for detecting passengers' and third parties' violations by employees named by the Chairman, allows assigning fine collection to the carrier and sharing in the revenue, and requires the carrier to report crimes to the security authorities immediately.
