The article makes the Transport General Authority the supervisor of the Regulation's implementation, to ensure passengers obtain their rights and comply with their obligations, with detailed mechanisms issued by decision of the Board.
تتولى الهيئة الإشراف على تنفيذ أحكام اللائحة بما يضمن حصول الركاب على حقوقهم وتقيدهم بالتزاماتهم. وتصدر بقرار من المجلس الآليات التفصيلية اللازمة لها.

The article provides for publishing the Regulation of the Rights and Obligations of Public Transport Users in the Official Gazette and for it to take effect from the date the Board sets.
