Removing and Auditing Guardians and Executors in the Saudi Minors' Property Guardianship Law
عزل الوصي والولي ومحاسبته — نظام الولاية على أموال القاصرين
The Authority supervising executors, curators, guardians and administrators; requesting the court to remove one who is absent, interdicted or has failed to manage the property, and appoint a custodian; and requiring the removed person to hand over the property and submit a detailed account of his management within three months of the judgment.

- Article 30
The article requires the Authority to ask for the removal of an absent, interdicted or defaulting guardian, executor, curator or supervisor, and requires a removed defaulting person to submit an account within three months.

- Article 31
The article requires the Authority to ask the court to appoint a litigation executor if the covered person's interest conflicts with its own or that of his guardian, executor, curator or waqf supervisor.
يجب على الهيئة أن تطلب من المحكمة المختصة تعيين وصي للخصومة في الحالات الآتية: 1 - إذا تعارضت مصلحة المشمول بهذا النظام مع مصلحة الهيئة. 2 - إذا تعارضت مصلحة المشمول بهذا النظام مع مصلحة وليه أو وصيه أو القيم عليه أو ناظر الوقف.
- Article 22
The article requires courts to notify the Authority within three days at most of the executors, curators, guardians and supervisors they appoint, so that it can oversee their dealings.
على المحاكم أن تبلغ الهيئة خلال ثلاثة أيام على الأكثر عن الأوصياء والقيمين والأولياء والنظار الذين عينتهم هذه المحاكم؛ لتتمكن الهيئة من الإشراف على تصرفاتهم طبقا لنصوص هذا النظام.
- Article 27
The article requires the Authority, if it fears the loss of a right or dealing in the funds while a request for guardianship, its removal or its suspension is pending, to ask the competent court for permission to take precautionary measures.
إذا رأت الهيئة أن طلب الولاية على المشمولين بهذا النظام أو سلبها أو وقفها ممن تشرف عليهم يستغرق فترة من الزمن يخشى خلالها ضياع حق أو التصرف في الأموال فعلى الهيئة أن تتقدم للمحكمة المختصة لتأذن باتخاذ أي إجراء من الإجراءات التحفظية التي تراها مناسبة.
