انتهاء الولاية وتسليم أموال القاصر — نظام الولاية على أموال القاصرين
The Authority's guardianship ending on the minor's majority and maturity, death, lifting of interdiction, return of the absentee or appearance of an heir; the court ending it in the covered person's interest; handing over property within six months by record; appointing a custodian if delivery is not taken within three months, with the Authority taking 20% of net investment return (Article 32).

يجوز لذوي الشأن الاعتراض على القرارات الصادرة من الهيئة أو ما تتخذه من تصرفات حيالهم وذلك إلى الجهة المختصة حسب القواعد الشرعية والأنظمة المرعية.
