Powers of the Guardianship Authority in the Saudi Minors' Property Guardianship Law

The Authority's guardianship over property with no custodian: guardian of minors' and the unborn's property, curator for persons of limited or no capacity, managing property of those without heirs, absentees and missing persons, safeguarding unknown persons', found, stolen and disputed property and blood money, and supervising executors, curators and guardians (Article 2).
