Penalty of 25 years' imprisonment or death for attempting to change the monarchy, high treason, endangering state security and undermining the armed forces' loyalty; the acts counted as high treason; and 5 to 10 years' imprisonment for conspiring with a foreign state, detaching state territory, harboring enemy soldiers or stealing documents bearing on state security.
