مكافأة نهاية الخدمة العسكرية — نظام التقاعد العسكري
The award for someone not entitled to a pension, at one month's salary for each of the first five years, then two months, then three months; reducing it for someone dismissed by disciplinary ruling, for absence or for committing a crime; and the award on loss of Saudi nationality.

The article gives a military person who is not entitled to a pension under Article 7 an award of monthly salaries for his actual military service years, reduced if his service ended by a disciplinary ruling, absence or a crime.

A military member who no longer holds Saudi Arabian nationality is granted an award calculated under Articles 9 and 10.
إذا لم يعد العسكري متمتعاً بالجنسية العربية السعودية، يُمنح مكافأة تحسب وفق أحكام المادتين (9) و (10) من هذا النظام

The article provides that the retirement pension is settled, and the Article 9 award is granted, on the basis of the last salary the military person was receiving.
يسوى المعاش التقاعدي وتمنح المكافأة المنصوص عليها في المادة (9) من هذا النظام على أساس آخر راتب كان يتقاضاه العسكري.
