Repealing the laws on practicing human medicine and dentistry and on practicing pharmacy; the Minister of Health issuing the Implementing Regulations; and the Law taking effect 60 days after publication.

- Article 42
The article repeals the law on practicing human medicine and dentistry and the law on practicing pharmacy and trading in medicines and medical preparations, and every provision that conflicts with this Law.
يلغي هذا النظام نظام مزاولة مهنة الطب البشري وطب الأسنان، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/3) وتاريخ 21/ 2/ 1409هـ، كما يلغي نظام مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة والاتجار بالأدوية والمستحضرات الطبية الواردة، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/18) وتاريخ 18/ 3/ 1398هـ، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.
- Article 43
The article authorizes the Minister of Health to issue the Law's Implementing Regulations, publish them in the Official Gazette, and issue the decisions and instructions needed to implement it.
يصدر الوزير اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية كما يصدر القرارات والتعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ هذا النظام.

The article provides that the Law is published in the Official Gazette and takes effect sixty days after the date of its publication.
ينشر هذا النظام بالجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به بعد ستين يومًا من تاريخ نشرة
