Challenging the Agency's decisions before the competent court within sixty days of learning of the decision; and the competent court's jurisdiction over disputes arising from applying the Law and its Regulations, and over hearing violations and imposing penalties.

- Article 30
The article allows any interested person to challenge the Authority's decisions before the competent court within 60 days of learning of the decision.
يجوز لكل ذي مصلحة التظلم من قرارات المؤسسة أمام المحكمة المختصة خلال (ستين) يومًا من تاريخ العلم بالقرار.
- Article 31
The article makes the competent court the body that decides disputes arising from the application of the Law and its regulations, hears violations of them and imposes the penalties set out in the Law.
تتولى المحكمة المختصة الفصل في المنازعات الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام هذا النظام ولائحته، والنظر في مخالفات أحكامهما وإيقاع العقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام.
