License Suspension and Grievance Against Penalties in the Saudi Fertility Units Law
إيقاف الترخيص والتظلم من العقوبة — نظام وحدات الإخصاب والأجنة وعلاج العقم
The Minister may temporarily suspend a practice license when a violator is caught in the act or there is evidence, with a grievance within 30 days; a grievance against a penalty decision before the Board of Grievances within 60 days; immediate enforcement of a revocation or suspension decision; no new license is considered until three years after revocation.

The Minister may temporarily suspend a license until the violations committee decides, when caught in the act or evidence points toward guilt, while ensuring patients' treatment continues; a grievance may be filed with the Board of Grievances within 30 days.

- Article 35
The article allows a person against whom a penalty decision is issued under the fertility law to file a grievance with the Board of Grievances within 60 days of being notified.
يجوز التظلم من قرار العقوبة أمام ديوان المظالم خلال ستين يومًا من تاريخ إبلاغه لمن صدر بحقه.
- Article 36
The Minister may order a decision revoking or temporarily suspending a license to take effect from its issue date; this does not prevent a grievance before the Board of Grievances, and a grievance does not stay immediate execution.
يجوز للوزير أن يأمر بتنفيذ القرار الصادر بالإلغاء أو الإيقاف المؤقت للترخيص بمزاولة المهنة من تاريخ صدوره، ولا يمنع التنفيذ الفوري للقرار التظلم منه أمام ديوان المظالم، على ألا يترتب على تقديم التظلم وقف تنفيذ القرار الفوري.
- Article 37
The article bars considering an application for a new license to practice the profession before three years have passed from the date the license revocation decision was issued.
في حالة إلغاء الترخيص بمزاولة المهنة، لا يجوز النظر في طلب ترخيص جديد قبل انقضاء مدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ صدور قرار الإلغاء.
