Final Provisions of the Fertilization Law in the Saudi Fertility Units Law
الأحكام الختامية لنظام الإخصاب — نظام وحدات الإخصاب والأجنة وعلاج العقم
Units are subject, where the law has no provision, to the Law of Practicing Healthcare Professions, the Private Health Institutions Law and the Law of Practicing the Pharmacy Profession; the Implementing Regulations are issued within 120 days; the law takes effect 120 days after publication; existing units must correct their status within 120 days.

- Article 39
The article subjects fertility units, in matters the Law does not provide for, to the Law of Practicing the Profession of Human Medicine and Dentistry, the Private Health Institutions Law, the Law of Practicing the Profession of Pharmacy and other related regulations.
فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص في هذا النظام، تخضع وحدات الإخصاب والأجنة وعلاج العقم لنظام مزاولة مهنة الطب البشري وطب الأسنان ونظام المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة ونظام مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة والأنظمة الأخرى ذات العلاقة.
- Article 40
The article obliges the Minister to issue the Implementing Regulations of the Fertility Units Law within 120 days of its publication, and they are published in the Official Gazette.
يصدر الوزير اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام خلال مئة وعشرين يومًا من تاريخ نشره، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
- Article 41
The Law takes effect 120 days after its publication, and existing units must correct their status within 120 days of its taking effect, after which the Supervisory Committee considers whether their licenses continue.
ينشر هذا النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به بعد مئة وعشرين يومًا من تاريخ نشره، وعلى وحدات الإخصاب والأجنة وعلاج العقم القائمة وقت صدوره استكمال الشروط والمتطلبات اللازمة وتصحيح أوضاعها خلال مئة وعشرين يومًا من تاريخ العمل به، على أن يعرض أمرها بعد مضي هذه المدة على لجنة الإشراف للنظر في استمرار ترخيصها.
