Pension Paid Without Entitlement in the Saudi Civil Retirement Law

Anyone who in bad faith gives incorrect information or withholds required information and so obtains, or causes another to obtain, money from the Fund without entitlement is fined an amount not exceeding the sums obtained, and the Fund may recover what was wrongly paid.
