The full-time Governor, of ministerial rank, has executive responsibilities: carrying out decisions, representing the Bank before the courts, concluding contracts, appointing staff and opening cash centers. Two Deputy Governors at the excellent grade, one of whom stands in for the Governor; Bank staff are accountable only in cases of bad faith or gross breach.

The Governor has two full-time deputies who assist him; the Board sets their duties on his recommendation, they do not take part in deliberating or voting on decisions, they are appointed at the excellent grade, and one stands in for the Governor in his absence.

Bank employees are not subject to any liability or claim for performing their duties under the Law, except in cases of bad faith or serious breach.
لا يكون موظفو البنك عرضة لأي مساءلة أو مطالبة بسبب تأديتهم لمهماتهم وفقاً لأحكام النظام باستثناء حالات سوء النية أو الإخلال الجسيم.
