Jurisdiction of the Board and Conflicts of Jurisdiction in the Saudi Board of Grievances Law

The Board's courts may not hear acts of sovereignty, objections to judgments of other courts within their jurisdiction, or decisions of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Administrative Judiciary Council and the Public Prosecution Council. A three-member committee decides conflicts of jurisdiction and the enforcement of two contradictory final judgments.

The article bars the Board of Grievances courts from hearing cases on acts of sovereignty, objections to judgments of other courts within their jurisdiction, and decisions of three judicial councils.
لا يجوز لمحاكم ديوان المظالم النظر في الدعاوى المتعلقة بأعمال السيادة، أو النظر في الاعتراضات على ما تصدره المحاكم – غير الخاضعة لهذا النظام – من أحكام داخلة في ولايتها، أو ما يصدره المجلس الأعلى للقضاء ومجلس القضاء الإداري ومجلس النيابة العامة من قرارات

The article governs the committee that decides conflicts of jurisdiction between the Board of Grievances courts and any other judicial body, and disputes over enforcing two conflicting final judgments.
